Minimal Disturbance
Before the team begins the project, they gather all of the necessities to make the process smooth. Also the most evasive tool a simple jack hammer that used along the perimeter and where the new sump pump will be installed.
Installing SuperSump
The team begins the installation process of SuperSump by breaking the foundation and clearing a subfloor hole which allow water seepage to enter the sump pump to be carried away.
Crushed Stone
Crushed stone is used after the WaterGuard and SuperSump are in place to secure the systems in their position and to act as an extra filter.
Water Seepage
Draiins in basements are designed to drain water away, unfortunately drains also allow water to seep up into the basement creating a wet, damp space.
WaterGuard Installed
Once the team has finished installing the WaterGuard the team pours concrete to create a smooth surface that is leveled with the foundation.
Perimeter Waterproofed
No matter the angles of a perimeter, the team adjusts each installation to fit for a fully waterproofed perimeter.
CleanSpace Liner
CleanSpace liner is a wonderful system that wards off mold growth, creates a water vapor barrier and drain wall leaks all the while adding a brighter, cleaner touch to the basement.
Dry Basement
SuperSump is a patented sump pump system that will keep water out of the basement and also alert the homeowners of there are any potential floods within the basement!
