Having work done on your home can be a big commitment, from paying the money to having total strangers in your home for who knows how long. Luckily, the very informative and professional staff at MidAmerica Basement Systems can make this process a little easier.
Our customer Joyce was very concerned when she decided to have MidAmerica Basement Systems come out and repair her basement. She was having issues with water and her foundation was beginning to give way. She was very unsure of the whole process and wanted to make sure everything was going to work out okay. She called the office many times, and for the most part, talked to Renee. Renee is in our production department and her main job is scheduling appointments. Every time Joyce called she wanted to talk to Renee and they quickly built a personal relationship. Renee made sure Joyce was prepared every step of the way and if she had any questions Renee had an answer. She even gave Joyce a personal phone number in case she had any other questions. The design specialist, Mac, and the production crews were also very considerate and made sure Joyce was as comfortable as possible.
Joyce could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and work that was done by MidAmerica Basement Systems. She was especially happy with the help and support Renee provided. In fact, Joyce was so thankful for Renee’s help that she sent her an Isabel Bloom statue of two people hugging each other, to show her gratitude.
