Having a sump pump in your home is a necessary element in basement waterproofing. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a three pump system that can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour. The unique "figure eight" design allows the three pumps to fit perfectly in the sump pump liner. The innovated liner and lid can accommodate two separate discharge lines, allowing twice the volume of water to be removed from the basement.
Pump 1 is a Zoeller M-53 1/3 hp Pump and it does the pumping most of the time. This pump operates in the bottom half of the sump pump.
Pump 2 is a Zoeller M-98 1/2 hp High Volume Pump it is also the primary pump of the system. It operates when either pump 1 fails of if pump 1 can't keep up with the water intake in which pump 1 and 2 runs at the same time.
Pump 3 is a DC operated the pump, meaning if the power or circuit breakers fail the pump operates off of battery to get water out.
Along with the three pump, the TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak. Water can go down but damp air cannot come up into your basement. The WaterWatch Alarm sounds off if the water rises above the operating range of the pumps. This warns you there is a problem before any damage occurs.
Having a TripleSafe sump pump installed in your home is a great way to protect your home against water damage keeping water out of your home can also help withthe prevention of mold and mildew.
