They will also provide tactical support to other departments of the company. Keep customer records and database current. Communicate with customers to ensure they’re satisfied with our work. MidAmerica Basement Systems is looking for a candidate with experience in the customer service field, exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer programs and apps, and ability to type 40+ WPM accurately.
