    Requirements

    • Travel to client homes to repair, maintenance and/or provide additional products and services
    • Prioritize and manage service calls in primary area of responsibility
    • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices preferred
    • Knowledge of construction field or related trades preferred
    • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and mechanically inclined
    • Strong technical aptitude with a strong desire to learn
    • Ability to manage time effectively
    • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
    • Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
