At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we know that sometimes trying to get work done on your home is a bit of a chore - even if you're working with a contractor. We are trying to revolutionize the the construction industry by providing homeowners with top notch customer service.

When you call MidAmerica Basement Systems, the first thing that we do differently is make sure you talk to a real person during our business hours, from 7am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8am to noon on Saturday. If you're calling to schedule your free estimate, you will speak to one of our lovely Appointment Center Representatives. The Appointment Center Representative will listen to your problems and concerns, and make sure to schedule you with the Certified System Design Specialist that will be able to best assist you, at a time that fits into your busy schedule.

After scheduling your appointment with the specialist, the Appointment Center Representative will send you some information in the mail that includes a picture and a profile of the Certified System Design Specialist, a list of local references (people who have had work done in your area), some company information, and reading materials specific to your concern.

A day or two before your appointment, the System Design Specialist will call you to confirm your appointment. Then, when they are on their way to your appointment, they'll also call and let you know then. When he or she arrives, he or she will spend time thoroughly investigating the concern, and show you where there are areas of concerns, and explain what may be causing the issues. The System Design Specialist will then talk to you about how to fix the problem, and give you a written estimate in hand, that day.

Should you decide to proceed following the free, no obligation estimate, you will be contacted by the production department to schedule your date and time. When your crew comes out to do the work, they will talk to you about what they're going to be doing, and answer any additional questions you may have. They will be very efficient, but more than that, they will be very clean, polite and courteous. (See this picture of the install of ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring).

The service doesn't stop there. If, after your work is installed, any issues arise, a service technician will tend to your concerns. The service department also preforms annual services on the equipment installed.

Our goal is to revolutionize the construction industry, and we think we do a good job taking care of homeowners! Don't take our word for it, though.
