We were a little disappointed that it took a day longer than expected. This was mainly because they had difficulty finding a place to take the dirt they dug out. We would have thought that would have all been lined up before the crew was sent out.

The cover is marred but the installer was very happy to request a new one for us which is what we asked for.

Thanks! The window looks great. Now bring on a good rain to make sure it solved our problem! :)
