Insufficient Drain System
The drain system before was not efficient in keeping water out of the basement.
Perimeter Before Waterproofing
The perimeter before had water seepage where the floor meets the walls.
Tools Of The Trade
The team uses a jackhammer to chisel an area all along the perimeter for the installation of WaterGuard.
Installing WaterGuard
The team installs WaterGuard above the foundation footing to avoid clogs and then the system is secured with crushed stones and a stripe of CleanSpace before being poured with concrete.
TripleSafe Installation
The installation of the king (& Queen) of sump pumps, TripleSafe, is nearly complete.
Constructing Laterals
The team constructs laterals to relieve hydrostatic pressure while also allowing water seepage to drain directly to the TripleSafe sump pump.
WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard port is installed with WaterGuard to provide easier inspection of the system.
WaterGuard System
WaterGuard is designed to drain all leaks and ground water seepage away from the foundation floor and to the TripleSafe sump pump system.
Perimeter Waterproofing
The perimeter waterproofing is almost complete and the system runs along the entire perimeter to provide the most secure water seepage prevention.
WaterGuard Installed
Once WaterGuard is installed, the team pours concrete so that there is a smooth finish with the rest of the foundation floor.
Waterproofed Perimeter
The perimeter is waterproofed and ready to drain pesky water seepage to the ever efficient TripleSafe sump pump.
Finished Lateral
The team pours concrete over the laterals in the same fashion as the WaterGuard to again level with the foundation floor.
Basement Made Dry
With the installation of WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump, the team made the basement dry!
