Photo Album: After Many Years of a Leaking Basement, a Waterproofing System Has Finally Been Installed for Home in Davenport, IA

Jay has always had some water issues in his basement for many years, but never did anything about it. He just assumed it was normal, and left it the way it was. Jay than began growing concern about the issue, if he ever wanted to sell his home, he wouldn’t be able to if the wet basement was not addressed. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems for help in hopes it wasn’t too late. Joe inspected his basement and offered him the best possible solution for the leaking area. Because the basement was wet for so many year, MoldX was sprayed on all areas that were growing mold. CleanSpace Wall was applied to all the walls to reduce moisture levels, prevent future mold growth, and help redirect seeping water to the WaterGuard track. WaterGuard collects seeping water from the walls and floor, ensuring it will not surface. After the water is redirect to one of the two TripleSafes, it is properly discharged out of the basement. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to help maintain humidity and moisture levels. Now Jay has a dry basement that won’t hinder him if he ever chooses to sell his home.
