Homeowner Michael S. of Blue Grass was having an issue with water leaking in his basement. He was noticing that water was seeping in from both the top and bottom of the foundation. He had a dehumidifier but it was only helping with the moisture in the air. Puddles of water were still forming when it would rain.
Solution
The experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems suggested that a waterproofing system be installed. The crew got right to work and installed CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe Sump. CleanSpace was added from ceiling to the floor, so that any water that came in from the top of the foundation, was directed to the WaterGuard System. The WaterGuard System helps direct any water that enters to the TripleSafe Sump so all water can be discharged properly out of the home. Now Michael has a dry basement that he no longer needs to worry about becoming wet.
