Challenge
In at least two different areas within their basement, Kathi and Dan B. suffered from flooding water. When it rained, the flooding worsened. They knew that they should call the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. After talking to the local experts, they set up a time for their free estimate.
Solution
Design specialist Bryan Nachazel met with the homeowners. He conducted an inspection of the inside and outside of the home, and assessed the different problem areas. Bryan recommended a full perimeter WaterGuard system to keep the water out of the interior of the basement. Additionally, the TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to push water out of the basement and away from the foundation. The TripleSafe has two different pumps, and a battery back up. A discharge line was installed to keep the water away from the foundation.
With the full perimeter WaterGuard System, a new TripleSafe Sump Pump, and an extended discharge line, Kathi and Dan will have a dry basement for many years to come. They sleep easy with the peace afforded to them by design specialist Bryan Nachazel, and crew leader Justin Reger.
