Challenge
Zach H. of Morrison was having his annual service check done on his GeoLock Wall Anchor system, when the specialist from MidAmerica Basement System, noticed water seepage along the foundation windows. He suggested to Zach that he have the windows replaced to help prevent water from coming in the windows.
Solution
The Crew replaced all three windows with EverLast Windows. They also added CleanSpace around the windows to direct any moisture to the sump pump, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier was installed. WaterGuard and a TripleSafe Sump were installed to help discharge any water that may seep into the basement. Now Zach has a stabilized foundation and waterproofing system.
