Andy and Noelle H. of Clinton, IA couldn't figure out why they suddenly had water in their basement. They did know, however, that they needed to get the water taken care of in order to keep their home healthy. Thinking of their family, they called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate.

When design specialist Clayton Spinler arrived at the home, he conducted a thorough investigation of the property and the problem areas from the inside and the outside of the home. He then designed a solution to fit the needs and wants of homeowners Andy and Noelle H. The new system would include the patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard. The system also includes a new SuperSump sump pump, EverLast Wall Restoration and CleanSpace Wall. All the inorganic materials help to waterproof the basement, and keep it dry for many years to come.

CleanSpace Wall is inorganic. It works with WaterGuard to keep water out of the interior of the basement.
