Lori D. is the homeowner of this dim basement in Davenport. She was tired of her murky basement and wanted it to be dry and pleasant so she found the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems in the newspaper. Lori called the team and they arranged for Design Specialist, Joe Sarb, to go to the residence and provide Lori with an inspection and estimate. After a thorough explanation of what services and products could permanently remedy her basement troubles, Lori gave the team an enthusiastic thumbs up!

Leading the team was Primary Foreman, Justin Bailey. Justin and the team waterproofed Lori’s wet basement by installing WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to drain wall leaks and ground water seepage. The team also installed a SuperSump pump as the basement's new and improved sump system. The basement also has a shower so the team waterproofed the surrounding area with TrenchDrain, which is designed to drain any leaks to the WaterGuard system.

To protect Lori’s basement from floods associated with frozen discharge lines by installing the IceGuard system. Another system the team installed to waterproof and brighten the dim basement was by installing BrightWall panels. BrightWall panels provide a fresh, semi-finished appearance, drain wall leaks to the WaterGuard system and stops water vapor from evaporating into the basement. Lori is extremely impressed with the stellar performance of the MidAmerica Basement Systems team and is excited to have a brighter, dryer basement!
