The Center for Active Seniors Inc. (CASI) held their annual Holiday Hat Bash event to raise funds for the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program, which provides Christmas gifts and care for seniors in the Quad Cities. In addition to the hat contest, the event included a raffle, appetizers, wine and beer.
