To waterproof the basement, the team installed WaterGuard as the perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to prevent clogging. It has a built in gap between the floor and wall to drain wall leaks to the local sump pump

The new homeowner of this basement in Hopewell was concerned about all of the issues tied to the basement. The foundation walls were bowing.
