Homeowner Judy has lived in her 1960's home for the last 14 year. Over the years she has noticed that the walls in her garage were cracking and bowing and she knew that it was very dangerous. She contacted MidAmerica Basement System because she was looking to learn more about the problem she was having and she wanted to learn as much as she could about why it was happening to her home. After a full inspection of the inside and the outside of her home, she decided it was a good time for her to start the project. She was having bad settlement issues that were causing other problems around her home including a sinking sidewalk and a collapsing retaining wall.
