Joe W. of Cedar Rapids was having issues with a foundation crack leaking when it rained. He had previously installed a wall anchor system to help with the crack becoming larger. The specialists at MidAmerica Basement Systems recommended he had a waterproofing system installed to help with his leaking foundation. With the main source of water leakage coming in from the crack, CleanSpace was installed to help direct water to the WaterGuard, and to help seal off the wall from the rest of the basement to help prevent extra moisture in the air. WaterGuard was installed at the base of the foundation crack, to direct water to the SuperSump. The SuperSump pump will discharge any water that enters into the basement, so Joe’s basement can stay dry.
