The WaterGuard system is installed around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard can be installed with all types of foundation.

The system is designed to not sit within the dirt so dirt or debris cannot get stuck within the system causing the system to not be able to operate or overflow the system.

It is designed with a removable inspection port that can be used for inspection or as a continuous dehumidifer drain.
