Homeowners Dylan and Melinda have lived in their home for the last ten years, they have spent eight of those years with troubling water in their basement. They were concerned with the wet floor and the water that continued to come in from their window in the basement. They were concerned that if the water continued they could risk the integrity of their home and could have a potential for mold. Though they do not spend time in this area of their home and have no intention of finishing this space, they still wanted their home to be protected.
