Homeowners Andrew and Michele have lived in their home for a few years and over that time they have noticed that their crawlspace was getting wet. They were concerned that the water could lead to damage and also mold. They had their crawlspace fully encapsulated. Encapsulation includes a matting on the crawlspace floor that helps keep it level and allow water to drain. Then CleanSpace is added to all of the walls. The CleanSpace is similar to a thick pool liner and is used to seal the earth out of the home. The CleanSpace will also make sure that the crawlspace is free of moisture and humidity. This will make sure that the mold will not grow in the crawlspace.
