Bill of North Liberty, IA was preparing to sell his home. He called MidAmerica Basement Systems to talk about getting his crawlspace encapsulated to protect against moisture, humidity, mold and vapors. After meeting with design specialist Mac McDaniel, foreman Kyle McCarty and his team installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, a SmartSump and other crawlspace repair products. Now, the space is dry, and even a potentially usable storage space for the next homeowners.
