Helical Piers Provide Extra Foundation Support for United Fire Group of Cedar Rapids, IA

Before the United Fire Group building could carry on with their remodel process, the building needed to increase its foundation support. MidAmerica Basement Systems made the proper calculations to have a Helical Pier system installed under the building. Helical Piers were driven down to proper depths and brackets were installed to help distribute the current weight of the building, while at the same time providing more support for larger loads. With extra support from the Helical Piers, the UFG building will properly withstand the remodel it is undertaking.
