Leaking floors have left the homeowners worried about their belongings in the basement.

Trenches are created to allow for WaterGuard to be installed.
CleanSpace is installed to help aid in the waterproofing system.
WaterGuard is installed along the trenches to collect and redirect the water to the sump pump.

Kortney and Matthew were having concerns with their basement leaking in portions of their basement. They currently had a sump pump, but were still having water seeping in throughout the basement, leaving their valuables in danger of damage. MidAmerica Basement Systems offered them a CleanSpace and WaterGuard system to help redirect the seeping water to the sump pump. CleanSpace and WaterGuard prevent the water from surfacing and allow for the water to reach the sump pump where it will be discharged. Kortney and Matthew no longer have seeping water, and their belongings are safe once again.
