He offered them a total crawlspace encapsulation with the CleanSpace system. Specialized drainage matting was placed along the dirt floor to help collect and direct moisture to a SmartDrain. CleanSpace Liner, a tear- and puncture-resistant material, was placed along the foundation walls and over top the matting to permanently seal off the ground's moisture. With the use of the SmartDrain and sealant membrane, the crawlspace is now permanently dry for the homeowners to use as extra storage space.
