WaterGuard is designed to not sit on dirt so it will not clog from sediment and rock under the flooring.
Installing WaterGuard around the perimeter will allow the space to still be used for storage or recreational purposes.
WaterGuard is able to be installed with all foundation types.
Water is drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump to be pumped out, keeping the basement clean and dry!

Homeowners Alex and Amanda were having water issues in their basement. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems and Design Specialist, Troy was able to come out and take a look at their basement. 
He recommended that to prevent having water in their basement it would be best to fully waterproof it. Alex and Amanda had WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, LawnScape Outlet, and a CleanSpace Wall System installed.

WaterGuard is a piping system that is installed around the perimeter of the basement walls. It is installed to intercept the water and drain it safely away to the sump pump to be pumped out.
