Project Info

When there is a vertical crack in a basement wall, one long-term, warrantied fix is a Polyurethane Crack Injection. This crack injection is done by creating staggered port holes, installed at an angle, to fill the crack with a mixture of Polyurethane foam and water. When the Polyurethane foam is installed, it expands, cures, and seals the basement. Then, for aesthetics, the team covers the Polyurethane treated areas with hydraulic cement, ensuring that the basement stays dry. This example came from service technician Adao Natario.
