Grant had an issue with a large crack throughout his garage slab. Over the time ground under the slab had compressed and settled, resulting in a sinking and cracked garage slab. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the garage lifted and leveled once again. He was offered a PolyLevel solution. PolyLevel is injected under the concrete to fill to voids and stabilize to slab. The PolyLevel then expands to lift and level the concrete. Once the garage slab is level, NexusPro Joint Sealant is applied to the crack. The sealant protects the crack from worsening over time due to its flexibility with the natural movement of the ground. Grant once again has a level garage, and no longer worries of the crack that once appeared in the area.
