After some time, the concrete sank even more, causing the sealant to re-crack, resulting in the same issue. Cole from MidAmerica Basement Systems offered him a solution to help lift and level the concrete patio, giving it the stabilization it needs. PolyLevel is high-density polymers injected under the slab to fill the voids that have caused sinking. Once filled, the PolyLevel expands to lift and level the concrete, leaving the patio level as the day it was poured.
