Stabilizing Basement Walls in Peoria, IL

Zach and Jacqueline recently purchased a home in Peoria, IL that had a basement stabilized with an I-Beam system. After having the home a few months, they began noticing water puddling in their basement. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a waterproofing system installed and quickly found out the source of the seeping water. Due to the bowing walls, water was seeping in the cracks. A PowerBrace System was offered to replace the current I-Beam system to not only stabilize the foundation, but also offer to ability to straighten the walls back to their original state, closing the cracks in the wall. A WaterGuard and TripleSafe waterproofing system was installed to prevent future puddling in the basement. WaterGuard would collect the water that seeped in through the cracks and redirect it to the TripleSafe to be properly discharged from the home.
