The water intrusion is causing the bottom of the walls to change in color, evidencing the water damage.
The patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard, is being installed along the joints.
The WaterGuard Port is in the corner. The port allows for ease of cleaning the system. PowerBraces are installed to stabilize the bowing walls.

Carol M., a Davenport, IA homeowner, called because all four of her basement walls were bowing in, and there was consistent water intrusion at the floor and wall joints. After meeting with design specialist Mike Banks, foreman Justin Reger and team had a full perimeter WaterGuard System, a SuperSump Sump Pump, a SaniDry dehumidifier installed. Justin Reger's team also had PowerBraces installed for all four basement walls. Carol is very happy with the dry, stable basement.
