Homeowner Nikki P. was in need of more space for her growing family. She couldn’t see purchasing a new home with more space, when she had 380 sq. ft. of empty basement available. Nikki knew that there was an issue with leaking water that needed to be addressed first, so she called MidAmerica Basement Systems to install a waterproofing system. During her free estimate, system design specialist Joe Sarb, presented her with a solution to finish the space, but first waterproof it.
