Keith D. of Bettendorf, IA called MidAmerica Basement Systems after realizing he could save a lot of money on his crawlspace if he had it encapsulated, and brought up to an energy efficient grade. He met with design specialist Dan Garner to go over his options for a dry, energy efficient space. 

After talking to Dan, Keith decided to get the work done in time for the winter. Foreman Mike Clementz and his team came out to the property to install CleanSpace Drainage Matting to keep water flowing toward the new SmartSump. He also installed SmartPipe around the perimeter, and encapsulated the space with CleanSpace. Now, Keith has a dry crawlspace that could become a great storage space. He is very happy with the work, especially since it lowers his energy bill!
