The perimeter is being prepped for WaterGuard installation. WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing and is installed with a slight space between the WaterGuard and foundation walls. This space allows water to leaking from the walls into the WaterGuard which is then directed to the local sump pump.
CleansSpace is a 7 layer material that is tear.puncture resistant and has a mold fighting additive in the material. The CleanSpace liner is tucked behind the WaterGuard to further waterproof the space by keeping water and vapor behind the liner and out of the space.

Every time it rained, this homeowner experienced puddles of water in their basement. We rectified this situation by installing WaterGuard, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe Sump Pump and two IceGuards.
