The water damage is apparent after the wall is removed. It is clear that something needs to be done to stop water from damaging the finished basement. 
The basement has been waterproofed with the patented WaterGuard. Soon, the installation process will include the EverLast Wall Restoration panels. Right now, the vapor barrier, moisture resistant CleanSpace Liner is being installed prior to the EverLast Wall Restoration panels. 
CleanSpace liner creates a barrier between the wall and the soon to be installed EverLast Restoration panels. 
The TripleSafe sump pump has been installed in the Davenport basement. The WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system empties into the dual pump (with a batter back up battery) sump pump. The sump pump pumps the water far away from the home.
IceGuard works with the sump pump to pump water out of the house even in the snow and ice. If the pipes freeze, IceGuard is designed to push the water out, away from the house, and above the snow and ice, even in inclement conditions.
