Homeowners Brian and Cathy have lived in their 1999 home for the last four and a half years. After having 15 inches of snow in the winter and heavy rain in the spring they had a lot of water in their basement. The water was coming from the floor and also the walls. They wanted to one day be able to finish their basement to create a livable space. They had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed in their home and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard system is used to channel the water out The TripleSafe sump pump is a three pump system that comes with a battery back up and a water watch alarm to alert you in the case that the pump gets too much water in it.
