Melissa was in need of properly waterproofing her basement but was having issues due to the Michigan Ledge. Water was seeping in, but could not reach the sump pump properly. She quickly reached out for help from MidAmerica Basement Systems. Melissa was offered a CleanSpace and WaterGuard systems to help aid the existing sump pump. CleanSpace Liner was placed along the walls and the Michigan Ledge to reduce the moisture levels, and help redirect the seeping water down towards the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is a drainage system that collects water and redirects it to a sump pump where is then properly discharged out of the home.
