Large foundation cracks were causing Terry’s basement to leak and leaving his floors a wet mess. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a new sump pump installed. During investigation, it was noted that water was also seeping in through the old windows. New EverLast Windows were installed to provide a proper seal, and CleanSpace and WaterGuard were installed around the perimeter of the basement. CleanSpace acts as a moisture barrier, sealing the water off from the rest of the basement. WaterGuard helps collect water and directs it to the TripleSafe, rather than water leaking onto the basement floor. The TripleSafe discharges any water that enters the home, keeping the basement dry and mess free.
