La Moille, IL homeowners, Mark and Lenora, called MidAmerica Basement Systems when they started noticing water coming in through the bottom of their basement walls. They met with design specialist Dan Garner, who conducted an investigation of the inside and outside of the home. Following Dan's investigation, he created a custom designed solution to fit their needs and wants.

Foreman Justin Reger led his team through the install of patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard. The team also installed a more powerful sump pump for the homeowners, the TripleSafe Sump Pump with a buried discharge line and IceGaurd attachment pieces. During her appointment, it was suggested that she have her backup battery pump replaced. Over the years it had ran its course for keeping her basement dry during power outages. During his inspection, it was noted that behind the drywall, foundation cracks were allowing water to seep in. FlexiSpan was applied to all foundation cracks to prevent water from seeping in.
