When you’re ready to do a project, and after you’ve met with a design specialist, a foreman and his team are sent to your home. Our extensive training for our foremen involves training with corporate professionals. Not only do we have national experts training our team, but in house we also have exceptional training, such as one-on-ones with our Quality Assurance Leader, Bryan Ghirst, and product knowledge training with Sales Manager, Erik Tatge, just to name a few. Foreman Justin Bailey, known as “JB,” has been with MidAmerica Basement Systems since 2012 as a great leader and knowledgeable resource. This is a picture of JB’s team working together to encapsulate a crawlspace in Cedar Falls, IA with CleanSpace. CleanSpace is being installed over our patented CleanSpace Drainage Matting. These products are working together with WaterGuard, IceGuard, a SmartSump sump pump and a new LawnScape Well drainage system to keep the Cedar Falls crawlspace dry.
