Michael Chezum and Jacob Schultz are the real MVPs of basement waterproofing! Michael, our salesman, was fantastic from the start—he really took the time to explain how the WaterGuard and SuperSump system would finally end our "indoor waterfall" woes. He didn't just sell us a service; he gave us a plan we could trust. Then Jacob and his crew came in and knocked it out of the park. As the foreman, Jacob kept everything running smoothly and was incredibly professional while installing the CleanSpace liner and drainage. They turned our damp, moldy Peoria basement into a bone-dry space that’s actually ready to use. If you want the job done right, ask for Michael and Jacob!

We’re so glad we called MidAmerica Basement Systems! Our South Pekin driveway had become a total tripping hazard, and shoveling snow over the uneven slabs was a nightmare. The crew used PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the joints. It was a quick, clean process, and the results are amazing—it’s finally smooth and safe for our family again. I noticed water seeping through my basement floor and honestly had no idea where to start or how to fix it. I called MidAmerica Basement Systems, and it was the best decision I could have made. The team was incredibly knowledgeable. They didn't just give me a 'quick fix'—they actually explained why the leaking was happening and proposed a solid plan using their WaterGuard and SuperSump systems. The installation was seamless. The WaterGuard was tucked neatly along the perimeter to catch the seepage, and it all drains perfectly into the SuperSump. For the first time in a long time, the air in my basement feels dry and I don't have to worry every time it rains. If you’re dealing with a wet basement, don’t hesitate to call these guys!

The installation crew, Bill and Blue, were the best. They were very courteous and professional, explained everything and asked permission before starting anything. They were very hard workers, and made the installation much more quickly than I would have thought possible. They took great care to minimize the mess and dust, and were very neat and tidy at each step, cleaning up as they went. The installation looked great - very neat - and there was absolutely no mess left anywhere in my house. They even swept the driveway. I cannot recommend this crew too highly.
