MidAmerica Acquires Todd’s Mudjacking

Here at MidAmerica Basement Systems, we’re always committed to providing the best foundation repair services to our clients, and being a respected leader in our industry. So when the opportunity presented itself to acquire local business, Todd’s Mudjacking & Basement Services, we knew it was the best decision for everyone involved. 

Todd Heady, the owner of Todd’s Mudjacking, sadly passed away due to COVID-19 complications last year. The owner of MidAmerica Basement Systems, Howard Tatge, is good friends with Todd’s brother, Tim Heady, who is also the executor of the Todd’s Mudjacking company interests. After much consideration, Tim decided that the clients and employees of Todd’s Mudjacking would be in good hands with us at MidAmerica Basement Systems, and the acquisition was put into motion.

This new change will allow the hardworking crew at Todd’s Mudjacking to remain employed, and we welcome them to our team here at MidAmerica Basement Systems. And any outstanding client contracts with Todd’s Mudjacking will now be fulfilled by us.
