Homeowner Mark has recently contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to learn more about basement waterproofing. They were experiencing water that was coming in from the walls they feared that the if they did not address the issue that it would lead to further damage to their home and potentially their belongings. They had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed in their home. The WaterGuard System is installed around all of the exterior walls and acts as a channeling system that moves the water to the sump pump. The sump pump will then pump the water out of the home.
Homeowner Gail recently had a service technician in her home to take a look at a problem she as having with her waterproofing systems. There was water coming in from under her steps that was causing a problem with her waterproofing system. To fix this problem the system was repaired and a layer of wall clean space was added to the home as a moisture barrier to keep the home dry.
Jacob was beginning to notice water seeping in his basement but was concerned that it would not be fixed. Half his basement was poured concrete and the other half was block foundation. As he asked around for help, he came across MidAmerica Basement Systems. During his inspection he was offered a solution for both areas of his basement. A full perimeter WaterGuard system was offered to help collect any seeping water and to redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump. For the block foundation portion, CleanSpace was installed due to the creation of weep holes in the block, preventing the water from missing the WaterGuard system.

Once PolyLevel is injected under the concrete, the material expands to fill voids, and lift the slabs.
