In the camping grounds, there is a sheltered pavilion on a concrete slab. Over the years, the ground had settled, causing voids underneath the slab. Due to the weight of the pavilion, the slab started cracking and sinking into the voids, leaving for a hazardous area to use. Grounds keeper Mike reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems in hopes that PolyLevel would be able to fix the sunken and cracked slab. PolyLevel was injected under the slab to fill the voids. Once the voids were filled, the PolyLevel expanded to lift the sunken areas, and provide a stable solution for the slab. NexusPro Joint Sealant was then applied to all cracks around the slab to help create a longer lasting slab for the pavilion.

Sinking, shifting floor inside the shelter at Girl Scout Camp Little Cloud has left the meeting hall unsafe. Over the years, the ground had settled, cause the weight of the concrete to crack and sink. MidAmerica Basement Systems was contacted to lift and stabilize the sinking concrete with the use of PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a lightweight material that is injected under the slab to fill the void, and then expand to lift and stabilize. The PolyLevel quickly reacts so the proper lifting takes place, and the quick cure time offers the stability needed to prevent the concrete from sinking in the future. The shelter is once again safe to access for all guests.
JoAnn and Steve begun noticing water seepage in their basement during heavy rains, and quickly reached out for help before it could become worse. A WaterGuard and SuperSump systems were offered to address the leaking basement. WaterGuard is a patented drainage track that is installed around the basement’s perimeter to help collect any seeping water and prevents it from surfacing. Once collected in the WaterGuard, water is redirected to the SuperSump to be discharged from the basement, leaving it dry. JoAnn and Steve no longer worry of heavy rainfalls.
