Doug and Jane contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems when they were having issues with their concert driveway sinking and cracking. Since 2012 their driveway has been getting worse. The galvanized steel I-Beams have a patented tightening option that can help better the walls and reverse the bowing over time. PowerBraces use the wooden joist system to apply the appropriate pressure against the foundation that is needed to permanently stop the walls from worsening. With the PowerBrace system, Alan’s home is safely stabilized, increasing the life of the home itself.
Brad’s driveway had dropped roughly 6 inches from the garage's foundation, producing a large drop under the doorway. It was also creating tripping hazards from his driveway to his walkway. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his driveway leveled. PolyLevel was offered to lift and level his concrete, eliminating the large drop and tripping hazards found on the property. PolyLevel is a polymer foam that is injected under the concrete, filling in voids, and lifting the slabs back to a level and stable state. After the PolyLevel was injected, all tripping hazards were gone, and the drop found by the garage door had been reduced to less than an inch.
