Bryan of Moline was having an issue of a bowing foundation wall in his basement. Over the years, the pressure from the ground was causing his foundation to push inwards, making his home unstable. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to assist with his issue. Crew members installed PowerBraces to stabilize the foundation and potentially straighten the walls back to their original state. Now Bryan has a stable and safe home to live in.
Over the years, ground will settle and wash-out from under concrete slabs causing voids. Weight from the concrete slabs themselves will begin to buckle and crack if not treated. MidAmerica Basement Systems has a solution to providing a longer-lasting technique for concrete leveling. PolyLevel is a foam made of high-density polymers that help lift and level concrete slabs back to normal, and reduce safety hazards.
Bobbie had an older home with a brick foundation. Over the years, the home had settled causing cracks in the foundation walls, which lead to a leaky basement. Bobbie quickly made the call to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his basement inspected for a waterproof system. Upon inspection, it was proposed that CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and TripleSafe systems be installed. CleanSpace was lined along the walls of the foundation to protect the basement from moisture while acting as a tracked guide to the WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a drainage system that directs water to the sump system, preventing water from pooling on the floor. The TripleSafe Sump collects the water that has seeped into the basement, and is than properly discharged from the home, keeping it dry. Together, all three systems effectively work in keeping the basement dry.

CarbonArmor is a flexible fabric strip that permanent adheres to the basement foundation, permanently stopping any inward bowing. Curtis was tired of the ugly crack that run up and down his driveway. It had caused the sidewalk to become uneven, and it had sunk around the garage. He had heard of MidAmerica Basement Systems’ new injection technology, PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that fills voids and lifts and raises sunk slabs to their original state. After the voids were filled and the concrete was back to level, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to the large crack along the driveway. The once ugly crack and unlevel driveway Curtis had is now level, and a crack that is unnoticeable.
