Homeowners Michael and Bobbi Jo have lived in their 1970’s home for the last 15 years. They recently had work done to their home to fix a bowing wall. MidAmerica Basement System thinks it is very important to have annual maintenance done on the system that we install to ensure their lifespan and quality. During one of their service calls Service Technician Adao noticed some cracking in the wall. To fix this problem Adao had filled the crack with an injection to make sure that it will not get any worse.
Jennifer and Troy have lived in their 1995 home for the last 16 years. Last year she noticed that the concrete walls outside of her basement. The walls were bowing and failing and needed a permanent solution. They had helical tiebacks installed to fix the fall and make sure that it would not happen again. The helical tie backs will make sure that the wall is restored to its former integrity.
When the homeowner in DeWitt, IA, noticed their front step had settled, creating a tripping hazard and an eyesore, they turned to us for help. As you can see in the before photo, the uneven concrete posed a significant issue. Thanks to our skilled application of PolyLevel and NexusPro, the after photo shows a dramatically improved and visually appealing entrance. By lifting and stabilizing the concrete, we restored not just the beauty but also the safety of their walkway.
This is a great before and after of a concrete slab that has settled significantly. As you can see in the after photo, it took quite a bit of foam to bring the slab back to its original position.
