One of the waterproofing systems installed in David's basement was CleanSpace. This is a fast, economical, permanent installation. It stops water vapor from permeating the walls and will drain wall leaks. The durable, thicker, white barrier is washable and can form to any type of basement foundation walls you have.

This East Moline home was facing an array of issues throughout the basement. Water was pooling near the stairs in an East Moline homeowner's driveway, as seen in our before photo. Concrete slabs had shifted, making this area problematic. To resolve it we used our concrete leveling solutions, starting with PolyLevel to precisely lift and level the concrete. The NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to fill cracks and prevent any future water entry. SealantPro ensured that the surface is well-defended against potential wear. Tom lives in an older home and has never had too many issues with a leaking basement. He mentioned how that maybe once, twice at the most, there was small seepage during the year. After the last heavy rainfall, with accumulations reaching more than 5 inches, his basement became a swimming pool. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his basement inspected. CleanSpace Liner was installed along the foundation walls to help reduce humidity levels, and prevent water from seeping in through the walls. WaterGuard was then installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect any seeping wall and floor water, preventing it from surfacing. Once water is collected, and is then redirected to a SuperSump and UltraSump systems to be properly discharged from the basement.
