It is applied in the cracks of the sidewalk or driveway. PolyLevel has the same idea as mud-jacking but does not break up the concrete or involve any mud. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam that is injected through a dime size hole in the concrete that lifts the concrete in a controlled way and then the hole is sealed off.
