Richard and Kay recently had an egress window installed in their home. The StakWELL Egress Window is a system that ca be used to tur a basement room in to a designated bedroom. It is important t have a ire exit in a basement if you are going to have a bedroom in your basement.
Homeowners Richard and Kay contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems about the front sidewalk to their home. The sidewalk was cracked and sinking in many places. They were interested in the PolyFoam service that we offer. The PolyFoam is a foam that is injected under the slab of concrete that expands and lifts the slab back to its former place.
Homeowner Dan has lived in his home for the last 10years. When he decided to start the remodel project in his basement he knew that it was a good idea to have an egress window installed for safety reasons. He knew that MidAmerica Basement Systems offered egress window installation so he made an appointment to meet with a design specialist to learn more about is window options.
Emma and Howard called MidAmerica Basement Systems because they had water coming into their basement. After meeting with Bryan Nachazel, a custom solution was designed using their existing sump pump system. Bryan recommended installing a sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard, to keep the basement dry. The basement is no longer damp, and Emma and Howard are very happy.
Homeowner Wayne has lived in his 1980's home since it was built. He was interested in PolyLevel technology that MidAmerica Basement Systems offers. They wanted the project to be completed quickly and done with care. The PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the concrete slab and lifts and levels. The PolyLevel and hardens and expands under the slab to bring it back to its former place.
